After the last edition, in a completely digital version, the Sigep 2022 returns to the Fiera di Rimini in presence, according to the traditional formula. The 43rd International Exhibition of Gelato, Pastry, Confectionery, Artisan Bakery and Coffee will in fact be held from 12th to 16th March 2022, in the usual areas of Rimini Exhibition Centre.
An eagerly awaited appointment, which will provide the opportunity to discover new trends and | new scenarios of living outside the home, in the face of the pandemic wave and the consequent revolution of habits, but also of company business and sector operators.
An opportunity to analyse, among the proposals and novelties presented in the various stands, the general state of the gelato business, but also the inputs from the world of pizza, bakery and sweet foodservice.
On 16 March, the last day of the exhibition, there will also be digital appointments (all details on the Sigep website).
Sigep is the world's most important professional event dedicated to artisan gelato and the art of confectionery.
