From October 13 to 17, 2023, **LA FELSINEA **will participate in the 43rd edition of HOST, one of the most prestigious showcases of the Ho.Re.Ca. sector worldwide. 
This year's edition highlights innovation and sustainability, focusing on eco-sustainable technologies and products. It will be an opportunity for attendees to explore cutting-edge solutions to reduce environmental impact in the foodservice industry.

Innovation and sustainability have always been the primary focus of **LA FELSINEA**, guiding every step: from concept to design, production to marketing and customer service.

Over the years, **LA FELSINEA** has distinguished itself as a cutting-edge company, focusing on the choice of materials and the continuous evolution of product performance. This commitment is reflected in energy savings, safety, hygiene, as well as design and ergonomics.

We look forward to seeing you in October in MIlano to show you new machines: in this edition, we will present **important new products in the butchery industry**, including a 30-liter manual mixer, an electric meat tenderizer, and a syringer. After the last edition, in a completely digital version, the <ColoredText color="#e30613" bold="true">Sigep 2022 returns to the Fiera di Rimini in presence</ColoredText>, according to the traditional formula. The 43rd International Exhibition of Gelato, Pastry, Confectionery, Artisan Bakery and Coffee will in fact be held from 12th to 16th March 2022, in the usual areas of Rimini Exhibition Centre.

An eagerly awaited appointment, which will provide the opportunity to discover new trends and | new scenarios of living outside the home, in the face of the pandemic wave and the consequent revolution of habits, but also of company business and sector operators.

An opportunity to analyse, among the proposals and novelties presented in the various stands, the general state of the gelato business, but also the inputs from the world of pizza, bakery and sweet foodservice.

On 16 March, the last day of the exhibition, there will also be digital appointments (all details on the Sigep website).

Sigep is the world's most important professional event dedicated to artisan gelato and the art of confectionery.
For over 40 years, it has been the point of reference for innovations in the entire sector and provides a complete overview of all the new developments on the market: raw materials, machinery and equipment, but also furnishings, packaging and services.

Sigep is also the meeting point for the exchange of ideas, trends and visions presented every year by the most important experts and opinion leaders in the sector.

In the Thematic Arenas, finally, the spotlights are turned back on international competitions, demonstrations, talk snow, workshops and training meetings.
